Every user must verify their identity before sending their first poke. This is mandatory — not optional. We use Onfido's AI-powered verification to confirm government IDs without storing sensitive documents.
Profile photos are never visible until both parties have expressed mutual interest. This prevents appearance-based harassment and ensures connections are built on who someone is — not how they look.
Your precise location is held only in real-time memory, never written to our database. When you close the app, your location is gone. We never build a history of where you've been or when.
One tap blocks someone forever. Blocked users can never poke you, see your profile, or contact you — even if they create a new account. Our system links blocks to identity, not just accounts.
Every user has a Trust Score (0-100) based on their interaction history. Users who receive blocks or reports see their score drop and their visibility reduced. The community self-regulates organically.
A user who receives 3 verified reports within 7 days is automatically suspended pending review. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours and takes action within 48.

Every person on this platform deserves to be treated with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour of any kind results in immediate suspension.
Do not send inappropriate images, offensive messages, or unsolicited advances. Chat is for friendly, interest-based conversation — not anything else.
No fake profiles, no impersonation, no catfishing. Your profile should represent who you genuinely are. Misrepresentation is grounds for permanent ban.
Our community includes people of all backgrounds, identities, and beliefs. Discrimination based on gender, religion, caste, sexuality, or any other identity is absolutely prohibited.
If someone violates these standards, report them immediately in-app. Do not engage, argue, or retaliate. Our team will handle it.
Be a good guest in the cafés where you connect. Treat staff with kindness, be mindful of space, and remember you're representing our community.

Your report is reviewed within 24 hours. Serious cases are escalated immediately. You'll receive a notification when action is taken.
