VP Customer Success

Full-Time Bangalore ₹25–45 LPA

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success leader to own the café partnership experience end-to-end. You'll be the face of CafeConnects to our growing network of café partners, ensuring they see measurable value and become long-term advocates for the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a Customer Success team as we scale from 120 to 500+ café partners
  • Develop onboarding playbooks, success metrics, and retention strategies
  • Establish QBR cadence with Tier 2 and Tier 3 café partners
  • Partner with Product to translate café feedback into roadmap priorities
  • Create a café community — events, groups, knowledge sharing — among our partner network
  • Define and own café NPS, churn rate, and expansion revenue targets

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role at a B2B SaaS or marketplace
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing CS teams of 5+
  • Deep empathy for small business owners — you understand their constraints and pressures
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building instincts
  • Data-driven: you can build dashboards and extract insights from metrics
  • Bangalore-based or willing to relocate (hybrid schedule)

Marketing & Sales Intern

An exciting opportunity for a driven, creative individual to join the founding team as a Marketing & Sales Intern. You'll own real projects, directly impact growth, and learn how a consumer startup goes from zero to community. This isn't a filing-and-coffee-runs internship.

Responsibilities

  • Support café outreach: identify potential partners, draft pitch emails, schedule demos
  • Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our blog (written and visual)
  • Help organise and promote "Poke Night" events at partner cafés
  • Research Bangalore café scene, competitors, and potential collab partners
  • Gather user testimonials and success stories for marketing collateral
  • Assist with influencer outreach and community building initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Passionate about coffee, community, and Bangalore's startup culture
  • Strong writing skills — you can write a compelling email and a punchy Instagram caption
  • Social media native — you understand what makes content resonate
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Available for 3-6 months, minimum 4 days/week (can be hybrid)
