💡 Summary: Free features are always free — no refund needed. For Premium subscriptions, we offer refunds in limited circumstances. Café partnership fees follow a separate policy.
CafeConnects' core features — creating a profile, sending and receiving pokes, and in-café ephemeral chat — are free of charge. There is nothing to refund for free features.
CafeConnects Premium is available at ₹99/month, billed monthly via Razorpay. Our subscription refund policy is as follows:

Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Premium. Cancellation is immediate. You retain Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fee.
Email billing@cafeconnects.in with your registered email address, the reason for the refund request, and your transaction ID (found in your payment receipt). We process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

All payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Razorpay's processing time varies by bank (typically 5-10 business days for bank transfers, 3-5 business days for card refunds).
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, please contact us at billing@cafeconnects.in before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We aim to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
